About Us

The Capitol Connection was founded in 1981 to provide C-SPAN and other news and public affairs programming to government and business offices throughout the Washington, D.C. area. We are a part of the non-profit George Mason University Instructional Foundation, Inc. and support the University's educational outreach efforts through our operations. We are entirely self-supporting and have been offering news and public affairs television continuously since our founding 28 years ago.
